Our headquarters and customer support center are in Dallas, Texas. The corporate address is 13859 Diplomat Dr, Suite 150, Dallas, Texas 75234. We operate online and do not have a retail store.

Pricing

Product Price Variations

Product prices vary based on mint, design complexity, and uniqueness. Our selling price reflects our purchase cost.

Price Determination

Prices are set by adding a premium to the current spot price. The premium considers mint origin, design complexity, and uniqueness.

Locking in Pricing

Prices are locked when paying with a paper check or bank wire. Credit/debit card, PayPal, ACH, Ethereum, or Bitcoin payments automatically lock in prices at checkout.

Precious Metals Market Hours

Precious metals markets close Fri at 5:00 p.m. EST and open Sun at 6:00 p.m. EST. Spot prices fluctuate constantly, except during market closures.

Spot Price Differences

Spot price differences between sites may occur due to different spot services and calculations.

Why Market Loss Fees?

Market loss fees are necessary due to the constant price fluctuations in the precious metals market.

Cancellation and Market Loss Fees

If a customer cancels an order, market loss fees are charged only if the price has decreased. We charge fees to cover actual losses. Common Questions:

  • Speculation: We don’t profit; fees cover actual losses.
  • Losses Reality: The losses are real, covering actual costs.
  • Cancellation Timing: Cancellations are not guaranteed until confirmed.
  • Email Cancellation: Cancelling via email is allowed when no fees are due.
  • Billing Department Cancels: No fees if our billing department cancels.

Shipping

Order Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on payment receipt, holding period, and shipping method. UPS 3-Day Air is the fastest.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped discreetly via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All shipments are fully insured.

Signature Requirement

Orders under $1000 don't require a signature. Orders over $1000 always require a signature. Be available upon delivery.

Shipping Address

Depending on the payment method, you can ship to an address other than the billing address. Contact us for details.

Order Status Notifications

We notify you by email when your order ships. Check your account for the current status.

Shipping Location

All orders ship from our Dallas, Texas warehouse, ensuring discreet packaging.

Package Insurance

All packages are fully insured by GSX. If anything happens during transit, it is covered by our insurance policy.

Damaged or Tampered Package

Refuse damaged packages upon delivery. If received, save packaging and contact us within 48 hours for further instructions.

Lost in Transit

In case of lost shipments, contact us within specific timeframes. Claims process may take 30 or more days.

Delivered But Not Received

Report any issues within two (2) calendar days of recorded delivery to address potential problems.

Payment Options:

Payment Speed

Payments are issued in 1-3 business days from item verification. Check arrival may take 1-2 weeks.

Most orders are verified the same day received. During busy times, verification may take 1-3 business days.

Bank Wire Instructions

Check Cancellation Policy

Checks must be postmarked within two (2) business days and received within ten (10) calendar days. Contact us for cancellations.

After Ordering

Modify Order

Orders cannot be modified. Cancel and place a new order, considering market loss and cancellation fees.

Credit Card Order Cancellation

Cancellations due to address issues require placing a new order with corrected information.

High-Risk Order Cancellation

High-risk cancellations protect customers; consider alternative payment methods for future orders.

Reinstating Canceled Orders

Unfortunately, canceled orders cannot be reinstated. Place a new order or contact us for assistance.
